Please
check to ensure your photo is in a '.jpg' or 'jpeg' format
and is less than 50000 bytes in size - you can adjust
the resolution size of your photo in most photo editor
programs that came with your computer. If this fails please
send your photo by email as an attachment. |

am unable to contact another member! |

Try
clicking the contact me button on the Members profile
page that comes up when you search for a member. If this
does not work then there could be a problem with your
browser security settings or your firewall if you have
one. |

am unable to join as a financial member because my crdit
card is not accepted or an error occurs when I try to
pay. |

There
may be a problem with your card number or our merchant
facility may not be functioning correctly - please contact
us directly via home page - 'contact us' link or send
payment by regular mail or phone credit card details to

Do
you keep any credit card details? |

No
definitely not! We transfer our members to our Bank's
recommended secure site for all payments. We only
receive an approval or denial from them.
