Couples Company Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions of the agreement between you and Couples Company that you agree to be bound to by upon becoming a Couples Company member. Please read them carefully and if you do not agree with them, please do not register as a member. The terms are subject to change by Access at any time. Please note that Couples Company reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason.

Couples Company operates as a service for adults only, to become a member you must be at least 18 years old. Please do not attempt to register if you are under 18 years old.

As an adult, you are solely responsible for any information contained in your Profile and all of your communications with other Couples Company members. By registering as a member, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions below:

You will not use Couples Company to post or transmit offensive materials including offensive language or sexually explicit materials (including photographs).
You will not harass others by continuing to attempt to communicate with someone who has clearly asked you to cease communications.

All information contained in e-mails should be treated as confidential. This information cannot be forwarded without the previous consent of the original sender of the message.
You will not solicit Couples Company members into joining another web site or sell Couples Company members products of any kind.

Members will not use Couples Company anonymous mail to send junk mail.

Members will not include identifying information such as their real name, phone number, e-mail address, ICQ number or any URL in their Profile.

You will not post false / misleading information (photographs, untruths) of yourself on your Couples Company profile.
You will not post information relating to anyone else but yourself.
You will not use excessive bad language or be over confrontational in the Couples Companychat rooms.

If you become a full paying member of Couples Company, you agree to be responsible for all charges accrued to your account in accordance with our published subscription rates.

Couples Company reserves the right to suspend any member who violates these rules. In the case of Profiles, Couples Company may hide the Profile if it is judged offensive until the offensive portion is amended. Couples Company may also freeze the contents of a profile if it includes identifying information.

Couples Company is not responsible for any information or materials posted or transmitted via the service. This agreement outlines behaviour that is unacceptable on the service, but Couples Company is not responsible for ensuring that members follow this agreement. Couples Company does not review the content of private e-mail messages or screen the Profiles posted by Couples Company members (although it may periodically review the information posted in the public areas of the service) and accepts no responsibility for resolving disputes between members.

All material & information in Couples Company is copyright and may not be used in whole or part without the permission of the Couples Company proprietor.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Under no circumstances will Couples Company be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use of theCouples Company service. In addition, Couples Company disclaims all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omissions of other members or users.
